Handmade chocolates, using all natural ingredients and fair trade, fine couverture chocolate

After a chocolate making course at the Australian Patisserie Academy in Sydney I was hooked, several training courses and master classes later I'm making chocolates, chocolates, and more chocolates.
Chocolate confectionary is also on the menu including chocolate covered honeycomb, nougat, and marshmallow all made with honey from our own hives here in Jindabyne.
